Terms of Services
- If you're using a currency different than euros, please, be sure to convert the price.
- Payment via paypal or Kofi: half before, half after the validation of the sketch.
- Any big changes after the validation comes with a price
- I do not allow NFT to be made of my art and commissions.
- My commissions are for PERSONAL USE only (you may print the illustration for yourself, as long as you do not sell it). If you wish to use it for commercial use, contact me and we'll discuss it.

REFERENCES
In cases of OC: I will require clear references of your characters.
If you do not have any references, a clear and concise written description can suffice, but ideally, a sketch (even made on paint) would really help.
Work in progress / customer services
You are guaranteed 1 sketch for approval, on any commission type. Other WIP may be requested. If no edits are requested after you've received your sketch, the commission will move forward. Further edits (other than mistakes on my part) may cost additional, or not be available at all after sketch approval.
- Any changes asked after the approval of the sketch/flat colors will have a price.
- You are limited to 3 changes only. (minor changes not included)
CANCELLATION / REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds are given If either:- I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.
- I have not yet begun your commission, and you have requested a refund.Otherwise, the commission is not refundable once I start working on it.Additionally, I may cancel a commission for personal reasons.
Of course, any commissions cancelled by me are guaranteed a full refund.
Image delivery & image rights
You will receive a full sized 300dpi, flat PNG file, sent via delivery method of your choice.
If you want a specific size for the commission, tell me before I start the sketch.
I will not remove or move my signature from the finished illustration.
I will not send the original PSD file.You have full rights to your commissioned work for personal use only
You may
- Add an additional watermark for theft protection
- print it as a poster for yourself
- Use it on your phone or PC
- Re-post n others sites as long as credits are due and a link to any of my social medias is includedYou may not
- Trace or edit the image
- Remove my signature
- Print it for commercial use, profit or sales. Including charity, advertising or non profit use
- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFT). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
- You are NOT allowed to use the given art to feed AI programs nor edit the art with an AI program
I retain the rights to use my artwork for advertising.
